Consignment FAQs
We look for clean, stylish, high-quality pieces that our shoppers will love! We accept items that fall into two main categories:
- Authentic Vintage: Genuine, classic pieces from past decades that have stood the test of time.
- Authentic Modern Brands: Contemporary, well-made clothing that prioritizes durability and style over cheap, mass-produced trends.
Our Golden Rule: We accept items that are 100% authentic (no replicas or counterfeits), in excellent, ready-to-wear condition (no stains, holes, or heavy wear), and fit a fun, on-trend, or timeless aesthetic. If it’s a genuine vintage gem or a quality piece built to last, we’d love to take a look!

Fast fashion refers to clothing that is mass-produced quickly and cheaply to chase fleeting internet trends. Think of big box stores or massive online discount brands (like Shein, Temu, Fashion Nova,Universal Thread, NOBOundaries, or Forever 21.)
While these pieces are fun for a quick outfit, we choose not to accept them for consignment for a few simple reasons:
- Quality & Durability: Fast fashion is typically made from lower-grade, synthetic materials designed to last only a few washes. Because we promise our shoppers high-quality inventory, we look for pieces built for the long haul.
- Resale Value: Because these items are already sold at incredibly low prices brand-new, they unfortunately don't hold enough resale value to make consignment worthwhile for you or the shop.
- Our Sustainable Mission: We love giving clothing a second life! By focusing on vintage gems and well-made modern brands, we get to keep high-quality pieces in rotation and out of landfills.
If you’re cleaning out your closet and aren't sure where a brand falls, just take a look at the inner tags—we’re always happy to answer questions about specific brands or anything else!
Our standard consignment split is 50/50. You receive 50% of the final sale price once your item sells. (This can vary case-by-case or by promotion availability)
After you submit your items, we review them within 3–5 business days. Once accepted, we photograph and list them within 1–2 weeks.
Payouts are processed via your preferred method (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or bank wire) on a bi-weekly or monthly basis - at least 7-10 business days after your item has sold to give a grace period for returns or concerns.
We keep things completely transparent! You can check in on your items 24/7 through your personalized portal so you are always in the know. It's super easy. And remember, we’re always here to chat if you need anything at all.
