At Pretty Chill Shop, we believe that small businesses should be about more than just selling things. They should be about people, purpose, and making a positive difference. 💕

Meet EmaLynn, my teenage daughter, occasional packaging extraordinaire, and one of my favorite reasons to smile.

EmaLynn helps me pack some of your orders as her very part-time job. We keep things relaxed and comfortable, with a calm workspace, plenty of encouragement, and immediate guidance whenever she needs it.

It's a space where she can build confidence, learn real-life skills, and be part of something meaningful. We work together, and occasionally discover that a package needs just a little extra reinforcement. 😂 (That's where Mom and the tape come in!)

🌈 More Than a Job. A Little Piece of Our World.

As a mom, one of my biggest goals is to help my daughter discover what she's capable of in an environment where she feels safe, supported, and valued.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, contribute, and feel proud of what they accomplish. And not everyone thrives in a traditional workplace. Sometimes, the right environment makes all the difference.

My dream is to grow Pretty Chill Shop into something even bigger than a small business.

In the future, I hope to create opportunities to employ other individuals with special needs who want to work and would benefit from a calm, patient, and understanding environment.

A place where people can learn at their own pace, receive the support they need, and be appreciated for who they are and what they bring to the table.

We're not there just yet, but every little step counts. And EmaLynn is helping us take those steps, one package at a time. 💗
